International career development: L’Oréal is a member of the International Dual Career Network that facilitates the job search for mobile employees’ partners. IDCN is now present in 12 different cities and is developing in other locations with a growing number of members. 22 global organizations and almost 60 local entities are now part of the Network.

In 2014, Jean-Paul Agon signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). The WEPs are a set of principles for business offering guidance on how to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community.
